Kinesiology: BS, MS

A Cal Poly degree in Kinesiology can prepare you for a career in public school teaching, corporate health promotion, cardiac rehabilitation, or health education. It can also prepare you for entrance into graduate and professional schools such as Medicine, Occupational Therapy, Physician Assistant, Nursing, exercise science, or a variety of other healthcare professions.

Small classes, taught by full-time faculty form the cornerstone of the major. You will work in state-of-the-art laboratories and have the opportunity to collaborate with faculty in undergraduate research projects. The department enjoys a statewide reputation for the quality of its teacher preparation and health promotion programs.
